Put the arms on either side of the body, palms down and the finger tips facing forward. Swivel Hips – Do the seat drop exercise and while you are in the air, do a half turn, and do the seat drop again facing the other way. Half Twist – Do a vertical jump and then before your feet touch the mat again, turn 180 degrees. Full twist – Do a vertical jump and then before your feet touch the mat again, turn 360 degrees.
