ATTITUDE CHANGE & DEVELOPMENT: Every person - very important – Treat them that way. If your attitude is not right, nothing is. You have to lose even before you start. The human mind can hold only one thought at a time very prominently. Since there is nothing to be gained by being negative - be positive. A human’s deepest craving is be appreciated, feel needed and important. Give to get in return. Everybody has something in them. You can learn that something from everybody. Problems ? Do not broadcast. Most not bothered. Look better to yourself. Clarify your life's mission.

Corporate Etiquettes Wishing the time of the day. Most taken for granted. Phones- do not put off the hook. Cell phones off during meetings. Return calls / reply emails. Add add paper to tray after use.Fix jams with Xerox, printer or fax machine when messed up. Leaving messages with right personnel/ place. Return borrowed co-workers’ office supplies. Never clog others emails. (fwd msge, jokes, trash) Change setting of Xerox M/c after use. Attend in time with requisite documents. Follow protocol and Hierarchy as per expectations / rules.
