The Challenges of Finding and Retaining Talent Finding the right people for key roles is often a difficult task. When recruiting for finance, audit or related positions, employers are facing a number of challenges: Talent shortage Expectation gap Duration Volume Costs Risk Most companies believe there are enough experienced professionals on the market to easily find the right people for any vacancy.
