Anywhere365's flagship product is our Unified Contact Center that functions as a fully-fledged dialogue management system with already over 40 customers worldwide. We provide the Lync Reception Attendant on top of the Anywhere365 Unified Contact Center platform. Due to its design philosophy, the versatility of the platform is limitless, so the implementation of Anywhere365 for Lync is only bound by our customers own imagination. The Anywhere365 UCC is part of our flexible dialogue management system, where all (IP) voice, (web)chat, Chat and Webchat, video, email and conference communications can be efficiently and adaptively routed, traced and tracked. Contact Center is a subset of Dialogue Management.

Anywhere365 gives the client a flexible platform that can easily be configured for any type of behavior to respond to incoming inquiries using a single SharePoint configuration portal. Anywhere365 is native to Microsoft Lync (2010 & 2013) and seamlessly integrated within the Microsoft ecosystem of products and working with UCC's with on-premise users, Office365 users and even Skype users, together. With all functionality in place and call recording over the total conversation, even when a call is transferred to another. Anywhere365 keeps in control of the Customer Journey from start to end of a conversation.

With Anywhere365 as the dialogue management system, powerful business intelligence capabilities have been implemented to allow the organization to extract key information based on business specific dialogue patterns. This helps to better manage workforce capacity, determine bottlenecks and allows for pro-active decisions based on anticipated dialogue volumes and characteristics.
