Teachers need to adapt their pedagogy if we wish to make CAPS a success. This refers to reflecting on teaching strategies, the idea of open education, promoting multiculturalism, and considering new ways to leach language.

 The classroom environment will introduce learners to difference cultures  The teacher is largely responsible for shaping these ideas  Content, classroom, and teaches must reflect diversity  Teaches should be able to shield difference cultures against bias or discrimination.
