Learning teams created documents in the ePortfolio. Learning to Work with ePortfolio Templates:  3 Northwestern University Learning to Work with ePortfolio Templates Documents accept images, sound, text, graphics, and video Collaboratory Project for Month of Online Activities:  07/12/99 3 Northwestern University Collaboratory Project for Month of Online Activities Learning teams were asked to complete four activities in the ePortfolio during the month between training sessions. Introducing Ourselves with a New Shared Document:  07/12/99 3 Northwestern University Introducing Ourselves with a New Shared Document Team members created 'shared' documents which introduced themselves to the other grant participants. Project Idea Folder Shared Documents :  3 Northwestern University Project Idea Folder Shared Documents Next we began to think about our team’s project ideas. We shared these ideas in a shared document folder. Project Idea Sharing Our Ideas:  3 Northwestern University Project Idea Sharing Our Ideas These project ideas pages were placed in the shared documents for other teams to see and discuss online. Collaboratory Project Second Day Workshop:  3 Northwestern University Collaboratory Project Second Day Workshop The group reviewed the 'homework' activities in the ePortfolio Looking at Projects In the Collaboratory:  07/12/99 3 Northwestern University Looking at Projects In the Collaboratory Next we reviewed sample Collaboratory Projects at all grade levels Creating Our Own Projects:  07/12/99 3 Northwestern University Creating Our Own Projects Learning teams all created a Project page and at least one activity during the workshop. It was important that teachers could implement the project idea this spring. Bringing the Project To Our Students:  07/12/99 3 Northwestern University Bringing the Project To Our Students Teachers tried the projects with their students this spring. Teachers could observe how students use the Collaboratory. Celebrating Our Projects with the Learning Teams:  3 Northwestern University Celebrating Our Projects with the Learning Teams We will meet May 6th to talk about projects done and what was learned by teachers and students. Planning the Next Steps for these Learning Teams:  3 Northwestern University Planning the Next Steps for these Learning Teams Learning Teams will plan how to implement within their own districts or other Lake County grant participants. Discuss ideas for new projects or Collaborative projects. Discuss possible online Staff Development opportunities.
