At the same time the relationship between hospital management methods and the results of clinical treatment is still a matter of discussion. slide 3: THE MUELLER ARCHITECTS AND ASSOCIATES STORY www.zachcargnino.live ST UD Y I N G T H E F AC T OR S: To study factors influencing healthcare system McKinsey joined forces with a team of researchers from the London School of Economics Harvard and Stanford Universities to find out how tangibly management methods affect the quality and performance of medical care in hospitals. T H E R ESULT S: According to the results none of the countries was able to demonstrate equally high rates at once in all aspects studied by us. Thus hospital management practices in these countries can and should be improved. The need for transformation is indicated by many of the conclusions of the study. I MP OR T AN C E OF EF F EC T I VE MAN AGEMEN T : In general the study showed that thanks to effective management hospitals are able to maintain or improve the quality of medical services even in conditions of limited funding - a very important conclusion for all countries taking into account the current economic situation in the world. slide 4: Conclusion: According to Zach Cargnino the CFO of Clinician Group we came to the conclusion that hospitals that achieved high results in one of the managerial areas for example in the field of personnel management were able to achieve success in other aspects of management work.
