The use of e-mail continues to grow rapidly as a major form of communication. The latest estimate, by Radicati Group, estimates that there are two billion e-mail addresses in the world, almost 20% of the world’s population. As a result, it’s easy for corporations to default to such a widespread form of interaction. However, just because it’s so widespread does not necessarily mean it’s the most efficient or effective way for your organization to communicate and increase productivity. This webinar will review the benefits/drawbacks, take a look at the competitive marketplace (Gmail, Outlook, Lotus, etc.), review third party solutions that increase efficiency, and will provide key considerations of how to utilize e-mail in your organization.
