The cities five 34.5 KV feeder lines have reached 80 percent of capacity and will not provide enough redundancy to handle the loads with the largest line out of service. Staff has projected future loads will reach 130 MW’s by the year 2020 and 150 MW’s by the year 2030. Have other alternatives been researched?:  Have other alternatives been researched?
