Languages  Arabic native Language  English full professional proficiency Work activities and tasks I’m much interested in the Growing world of technologies as I was an owner of a small Business of an Internet Café, and practiced my studies of the networking and the ways of managing a small group of employees, the experience from the café was of how to deal with Hard & Soft ware problems, and practicing the methods of managerial skills on a smaller scale. In my previous biography I had the chance of going to the USA in late 1980`s for three months and stayed in Seattle city which got me good experience in improving my spoken English language as well as interacting with the people from other backgrounds . As my work experiences in SAMBA I had the responsibility of giving the customers advice for their financial aid, this job gave me the knowledge of understanding of how to communicate with people and gaining their trust by giving them the best advise for their financial benefits as well as having the chance to enhance my accounting skills. In aramco I had the chance to work in my basic studies of giving IT solutions for any computer related problems in the best way, the contract (which was Only for 6 weeks) was by RMZ and not renewed due to transferring the whole project to Aramco IT help desk. Working in micronet.co I had the tasks of:  Monitor all projects and ensure achievement of all revenue objectives and develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients and achieve all business objectives and determine an effective strategy.  Maintain efficient account team for all development projects and participate in all protection processes and evaluate all project documents and ensure compliance to all contract requirements.  Analyze all client requirements for all development projects in coordination with other departmnints according to specifications and evaluate and prepare all reports to ensure accuracy for same and design all corrective actions.  Prepare all resources for all projects and provide required reports for same and plan all projects according to required timeframe and in compliance with project policy documents and monitor all staff and clients performance for all clients.  Implement various processes for projects and develop all tests for same to maintain quality and perform tests on all processes and assist in acquisition of all complex software applications and provide technical support to all participation projects.

I have desired to self growth in studies of the networking world, so I got the MCSE courses and I had my MCP test and certificate, with also joining the AOU “Arabic Open University” to get a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration by attending (Evening classes) with the expectation of graduation in 2017. Working in the King Abd-Alazzez Air Base as a Network technician and a LAN admin giving support for any Soft or Hard ware problems regarding their network, and were awarded two times a letter of recognition from the general in command of the Depot supply for my work. Working as a part time with Atyal Media Group for “dr.ali alnajee” the former secretary of media ministry and handling all the projects in the eastern area and reporting back the results , the roles and tasks were:  Monitor all projects  Maintain efficient account team for all development projects  Analyze all client requirements for all development projects  Prepare all resources for all projects  Implement various processes for projects  Communicating with clients to understand and document the business objectives  Formulating analysis plans and acquiring client sign-off  Designing or assisting in the development of questionnaires and moderator guides to ensure the necessary data is captured  Conducting in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods  Authoring reports containing actionable recommendations  Making presentations Working with Zain (local mobile service provider in KSA) as in the call center agent taking calls from customers as in a multi task agent for all the vast products of the company itself (Post& pre paid , Broad band , Blackberry and Corporate lines) gave me the chance to have a clear understanding of all the company services for the private and public scoters of consumers, which led to my promotion to be a shift team leader and taking on the responsibility of:  Helping with training and development  Completing paperwork  Handling complaints (from both staff and customers)  Financial responsibilities  Ordering stock (where applicable)  Helping with promotional events  Personnel duties  Reporting to senior level management which led me also moving to another department as an activation specialist for the Corporate products ,In that position I had the tasks of:  Collections (early stage)  Data conversion  Database reconciliation  Document handling  Fraud monitoring and management  Order verification and confirmation  Improve operational efficiencies  Reduce overhead costs  Improve accuracy and quality of data as a result the department had some expanding the man power witch I had the privilege of training and be their supervisor on the two parts of the job (Admin back office work & System activating process), as of the result I made a training materials of the job on hand explaining all of the duties from A to Z, also had the Initiative to upgrade the reporting process of the daily work load to be sent and analyzed by the over head of the departments.

Joining Mobily team was after been approached by them for the position of sales executive for the big accounts in the area in the GOV segment where I have the responsibilities of supervisor of a sales team with the tasks of: •Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients •Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel •Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business •Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business •Acting as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions *Market research and data analyses to generating new business and forecast the existing business. *Market the products by expanding the methods to social medias and other channels designated to the clients data base based on their purchasing needs and technology trend. Joining Traffic operating services of Saudi Arabia (TOPSSA) on the position of Operation manager for the tasks of: Line management of for the Violations Processing Centre operations staff through a number of shift supervisors with specific duties. Arranging roistering, staffing and overtime for VPC operations, including ensuring adequate staffing to cover weekends, holidays and other abnormal working times as the work demands require. Dealing with sensitively HR and labor issues with VPC over 100 operators and supervisors. Implementing and undertaking processes for monitoring the performance of the VPC operators, including bonus and other incentive schemes. *Instigate and enact programs for enhanced morale and performance among the VPC operations team. Setting policies and standards for high levels of professionalism, accuracy, performance and throughput in the VPC operations. *Managing the transition into multiple shifts as a 24x7operations. Recruiting and train additional VPC operations staff for growth and replacing turnover. Liaising with Traffic Police in co-coordinating their work at the VPC. Choosing, promoting, mentoring and training the VPC supervisors. Assisting in set up of operational and management processes in the VPC. Administer training sessions as required for the VPC operations and other staff, including occasionally the customer and third-parties. Supporting the rest of the management team in dealing with commercial issues with the customer and other stakeholders. Supporting the company’s Western management with Saudi influence as and when required in interactions with government, suppliers, partners, customers and other stakeholders. Encouraging staff to comply with business policies, procedures and work instructions. Supporting and encouraging staff in fostering continuous improvement across the business. Reviewing current work practices to identify areas in which quality or productivity could be improved. Communicating frequently with management to report on the status of my area. Making sure the work is in a healthy and safe manner in accordance with slandered Health & Safety Policy. Understanding and adhering to all relevant Traffic Operating Services (Saudi Arabia) LLC policies and Global standards defined in the Quality and OHS Manuals, and include slandered Guiding Principles. Maintaining a close working relationship with a cross section of staff.
