The recipe that is right for your institution is a matter of taste. Decide what recipe you are going to cook – what your strategy is going to be. Begin with the end in mind. What is an e-Campus Strategy?:  What is an e-Campus Strategy? A high level plan for achieving some specific business goals and objectives using “e” ideas and technology. A document that identifies: the goals and objectives that are being supported by the strategy the specific e-strategies that will be employed to achieve specific goals and objectives the plans (list of projects and timeline) required to implement the strategies OC e-Campus Strategy Example:  OC e-Campus Strategy Example Goals Extend and enhance the OC experience. Review and Revise We used a consultant to help us work through this process.
