performance assessment allows students to better understand the actual concept of the subject matter is acceptable. Not just in terms of understanding the concept of formative but also the student can understand the concept of the scientific side. Students can also develop their understanding of the performance of the work carried out and explore and demonstrate understanding or directly involved in the system of scientific work.

Principal issue in this matter with respect to performance assessment which will then be discussed in a sub-subject, namely:  Form of performance assessment  Benefits and the obstacles encountered in the performance assessment

Performance that is, achievement / accomplishment a person with respect to the tasks assigned to him. Assessment performance is, the systematic description of the strengths / advantages and weaknesses, work-related person or a group. Performance appraisal is a formal system to inspect / assess and evaluate regularly the performance-working person.
