Quick UX Tips
Most important step for any digital strategy: start within. Identify what your customers don’t like. Admit the problem. Fix the problem.
Users want to achieve their goals. Not yours. Provide a solution. The return will be greater than you expect.
Just because you like it does not mean your customers will.
Multi-tasking is a myth. Users switch between tasks.
If it looks good, it doesn’t necessarily mean it works. Test. Test some more.
Designing for mobile? Can it be used with one hand? No? Go back to the drawing board.
Call to actions are important. Only when relevant!
Steer away from technical jargon. Speak your customers’ language.
Consumers have a short attention span. Be clear and concise.
Most importantly, ask yourself: Would you use your product? Why?
