2 WASTE MANAGEMENT Mrs. Lata Jha –greenosonic@gmail.com

3 WASTE MANAGEMENT Current global MSW (Municipal Solid Waste) generation levels are approximately 1.3 billion tons per year, and are expected to increase to approximately 2.2 billion tons per year by 2025. This represents a significant increase in per capita waste generation rates, from 1.2 to 1.42 kg per person per day in the next fifteen years. Urban India generates 188,500 tons per day (68.8 million tons per year) of municipal solid waste (MSW) at a per capita waste generation rate of 500 grams/person/day. GREENOSONIC FOUNDATION offers ‘Garbage to Green’ - A sustainable Solid Waste Management System with the following benefits : - - The system converts the solid waste into compost just in 12 days. A maintenance free system. Totally automatic. Uses minimum electricity. Produces rich and high calorific organic compost which increases the productivity of the soil. The improved soil will produce nutritious and organic food grains and vegetables. Will keep environment clean and pollution free. Thus will improve health and hygiene conditions and save money spent on medical bills. Mrs. Lata Jha – greenosonic@gmail.com

* Water, Air and Food is life, and we are least bothered about protecting them. On the contrary we are polluting them to the fullest with large amount of extraction and burning of natural resources and fossil fuels. We are polluting rivers with industrial and chemical effluents and withdrawing underground water. Industrialization and Urbanization has invited ‘Global Warming’ with open arms. GREENOSONIC FOUNDATION is here to provide holistic and sustainable green solutions to combat Global Warming. The main features of Rain Water Harvesting (RWH) System suggested by us are: 1) It will recharge 80% rain water of the catchment area and increase underground water table. 2) It will increase soil moisture by 2.5 times than the natural process thus help farmers to grow 3 crops in a year and improve their finances. 3) It does not require surface land to store water. 4) It will increase the water levels of nearby wells and bore wells thus reducing the stress on pumps and electricity. 5) It is cost effective and a maintenance free system. 6) Availability of water in nearby area will save the time of the women of the house, thus bring about improvement in health and quality of life. 7) It will provide portable water, as underground water is considered the best for drinking. 8) It can easily be installed in buildings in cities and townships. 9) It will control flood like situation, stop soil and water run off. RAIN WATER HARVESTING We are presenting two types of Rain Water Harvesting Systems ‘A’ and ‘B’ which can be implemented in Farms, villages and in Urban areas to get complete water security for lifetime and for generations to come. These systems are easy to install, do not require surface land and will provide higher water security for farming as well as for drinking and other industrial and commercial uses. System A – more suitable for farmland, forest and open area OR for buildings & societies at the planning stage. The result – 80% rain water recharge of catchment area. System B – will store 10,50,000 liters of water each year in an average rainfall. This system is a combination of Boring and RHW. The combination of System A & B will strengthen the under ground water structure which is an utmost priority. Mrs. Lata Jha –greenosonic@gmail.com 11

SOLAR Mrs. Lata Jha – greenosonic@gmail.com 14

SOLAR Here are some good reasons for using solar energy to power your homes, offices and industries.  Solar energy is a good alternative to replace fossil fuel as the major energy resource because solar power is renewable and comes at absolutely no cost to supply energy infinitely.  Environment friendly – Pollution worldwide is getting worse. Any effort that can reduce the pollution to the environment helps to save the earth. Solar panels are able to harness the energy from the sun and convert it to electricity. Solar systems will reduce the emission of Green House Gases and Co2 to a great extent to control Global Warming.  Once you have installed the solar power system, it can last for twenty five to thirty years without any major maintenance. You may need to check the system once a year, just to make sure it is performing as it should. GREENOSONIC FOUNDATION has the best options for On grid and Off grid solar systems Home light systems Street Lights Garden Lights Solar pumps Mrs. Lata Jha – greenosonic@gmail.com 15
